Randy Clarno
Randal brings over 37 years of extensive experience in land development, showcasing a diverse skill set that encompasses land surveying, professional land planning, and engineering. His leadership roles include serving as the Director of Development Services for a mid-sized city and as Senior Vice President of a real estate development company, where he oversaw pivotal projects. Since 1997, Randal has been at the helm of multiple companies, successfully managing land development projects that span thousands of lots across five states. His comprehensive background in Civil Engineering and land development ensures that he approaches every project with a blend of expertise and fiscal responsibility.
Executive Assistant
Leslie Riley
Leslie joined the Criterion Team in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant, quickly showcasing her extensive experience in finances, construction, and accounting. Her role evolved into that of Executive Assistant, where she brought valuable insights from her time as Planning and Zoning Secretary for the Phoenix City Council. Now based in Meridian, Idaho, Leslie is the cornerstone of Criterion, known for her exceptional attention to detail, organization, and IT skills. A dedicated mother of two, she embodies a problem-solving spirit and a passion for continuous learning, ensuring the team thrives in their endeavors.
Administrative Assistant
Noelle Muller
Noelle joined the Criterion Land Management team as an Administrative Assistant in June 2022. With a solid background in office management and banking, Noelle has quickly broadened her expertise in the development industry and is eager to grow alongside the company. Having grown up in Idaho, she has witnessed the exciting of the Treasure Valley and is thrilled to contribute to its growth. Outside of work, Noelle is a dedicated family person and enjoys staying active; her favorite pastimes include lifting, hiking, and yoga.
